Tunable filters are typically deployed at the front end of advanced RF communication systems where transmitting and receiving signal frequency varies under a predefined or random sequence. Our products are designed for military or commercial applications for Software defined radios, co-site mitigation applications, and emergency services applications. Netcom’s tunable filters are used in receiver and transmitter functions for RF filtering to suppress out of band signal interference. Netcom’s filters support military, aerospace, medical, and wireless communications industries.

Netcom’s product range in frequency from 1.5MHz to 1.8Ghz. We offer units with standard 3dB bandwidths from 3% to 12%. Our Multi-Tune line of filters with adjustable bandwidth allows the user to choose the bandwidth for system operation.

The size of Netcom’s digitally tunable filters vary from 0.575×0.575 inches for the Tune pro line up to 2.8 inches x 2.0 inches for the Wideband filter line with a wide selection of power options of 0.25 watt to 2 watt offered in both thru hole and Surface Mount (SMT) packaging.

All Netcom filters meet the vibration and shock requirements of systems used in ground-mobile, airborne and naval environments and can also be offered in custom configurations based on customer needs.
